The King and his men or the Queen and her maids ruling a country is not a democracy. It is a dictatorship. They are ordering what we must do. The President or Prime minister is the same one person rule.

A democracy is the people developing their own infrastructure, their own law. In the case of the United States, the people would meet and democratically decide everything. They may hire, appoint or elect people to carry out their commands but their commands would be carried out as declared.

FEAR of What?

Based on lies based on fear, our Liberty, Lives, Constitution and Privacy have been destroyed. Now DARPA wants to “see” in your home. Of course they only want “structural” information, but what of the “new” cameras which de-cloth people before they board airplanes? Combine the two and DARPA will be able to look into your most private “parts” at will, watch your intimate relations and look at your children unclothed.

Our present US and Global financial crisis is caused by deregulation by the republican party and the manipulation of the private bankers running the Federal Reserve.
The present "bailout" is simply a maneuver to enrich the private bankers in the Federal Reserve. They caused it they could fix it.
